What Causes Bad Breath?
Bad breath—medically known as halitosis—can be caused by a number of things. One of the most commonly known causes of bad breath is diet. Foods like curry, fish, onions, and garlic are among the top offenders. Rinsing your mouth with water or chewing a piece of sugarless gum can help fight the odors after eating, but brushing and flossing your teeth are better options to remove all traces of the unwanted odors.
