Arun K. Garg, DMD

Dr. Arun Garg completed his engineering and his dental degree at the University of Florida and subsequently completed his residency training at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.

He served as a full-time Professor of Surgery in the Division of Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery at the University Of Miami School Of Medicine, and also served as Director of the Residency Training Program for nearly 20 years. After developing and perfecting numerous techniques, he has left academic medicine in order to provide these procedure to patients from Miami and from around the world. The office is located in the Aventura area of Miami.

Dr. Garg has authored 5 well-recognized textbooks in his field, which have currently been translated into 8 different languages, and he has published over 100 articles, and more than 12 book chapters in other books. He is the editor-in-chief of a monthly newsletter, Dental Implantology Update, and serves on the editorial boards of 4 other leading journals. He is the current President of the American Dental Implant Association.

Dr. Garg stays absolutely current with his techniques, procedures, and office technology. He was one of the first to have a cone bean CT Scanner installed in his office, as well as one of the first to have 3 different types of lasers in the office. Numerous other innovative, state of the art, high technology items are brought in, as they become available on the market, to keep the office, the most advanced, cutting edge, and state of the art facility, in the area.
